My father passed very suddenly and unexpectedly, and inheriting his house had me at a loss of what to do when in a different state and grieving. I’m forever thankful Nikki was recommended to me because she was patient with me the whole way through despite my total lack of knowledge about everything. Before I met her I was ready to give up on selling it at all, which would’ve broken my dad’s heart. The sale needed to be fast to not lose the house at the point I met her, and she almost instantly got me multiple offers I never would have dreamed of, changing my entire life. She really took care of so many things I needed to get done, even without me requesting, which is a major relief during a sudden estate process. If I ever move back to the area, I’d certainly want to hire her again.

Nikki Robinson was amazing as our realtor!!! She gave us ideas for presentation of the house and brought in someone to make a video stressing the best of the house. What a video!!! Nikki had a very capable lady to measure each room and space to come up with meaningful totals. I am sure this was very helpful to those who viewed the house and there were many in line. Nikki even met with a repairman who made the yearly check on one of the important house systems because we were unable to be in town that day. What a great realtor who stops at nothing!!! She was so supportive and capable as our realtor and we give many thanks to Nikki Robinson!!!

Nikki handled the selling of my home. She did an outstanding job. She listened to me; she felt the love I had for my home; she promised to convey that love to prospective buyers. And she did just that. My home was on the market for 1 day. 1 DAY!!! She was my advocate and worked to get the best result possible.
